Your doula benefit may cover…
Initial Visit: A 90-minute initial consultation.
Perinatal Visits: Up to 8 perinatal visits that can be used during pregnancy or postpartum.
Labor and Delivery Support: Support during vaginal delivery or cesarean section.
Postpartum Visits: Up to 2 extended postpartum visits, each lasting 3 hours.
Pregnancy Loss Support: Support during miscarriage or abortion.
Together Birth & Body can offer…
Initial Visit - 90 minute visit. Learn about your doula benefit, be connected with community resources and providers, and schedule future visits.
Birthing Together workshop - 3 (prenatal) Perinatal Visits.
Lactation Preparation for Couples - 2 (prenatal) Perinatal Visits
Perinatal Visits - 45 minute visit during pregnancy or postpartum.
All visits take place at the Together Birth & Body office in Redwood City or virtually via Google Meet.

Together Birth & Body does offer additional services that are not covered by insurance, and packages that are partially covered by insurance. Massage therapy and group classes are NOT covered by your doula benefit.
