Your doula benefit may cover…
Initial Visit: A 90-minute initial consultation.
Perinatal Visits: Up to 8 perinatal visits that can be used during pregnancy or postpartum.
Labor and Delivery Support: Support during vaginal delivery or cesarean section.
Postpartum Visits: Up to 2 extended postpartum visits, each lasting 3 hours.
Pregnancy Loss Support: Support during miscarriage or abortion.
Up to nine additional postpartum visits are available with additional recommendation from a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts acting.

1st Perinatal Visit - 15 minute phone call with video to talk about your birth ball
2nd Perinatal Visit - 15 minute in-person visit immediately following the group workshop
3rd Perinatal Visit - 15 minute phone call to go over any questions about your birth plan
Private Lactation Prep for Partners (3 Perinatal Visits)
1st Perinatal Visit - 15 minute phone call with video to talk about the pre-work
2nd Perinatal Visit - 90 minute in-person or virtual Lactation Prep for Partners workshop
3rd Perinatal Visit - 15 minute phone call about making a postpartum plan
Prenatal Movement & Exercise (1 Perinatal Visit)
1 Perinatal Visit - 45 minutes in-office or virtual
Prenatal Self-Massage & Comfort Measures (1 Perinatal Visit)
1 Perinatal Visit - 45 minutes in-office or virtual
Extended Postpartum Home Visit #1 (Wednesdays 9am-12pm)
Extended Postpartum Home Visit #2 (Wednesdays 9am-12pm)
