“Prenatal Yoga ended up being my dependable calm space during pregnancy. I can’t recommend her class enough. Not only did it keep my back pain, etc, to a minimum, it was the emotional/mental outlet I didn’t know I needed!”
-Phoebe
Through Caitlin’s yoga classes I found comfort in being surrounded by other expecting moms. With her guidance I was able to tap into the sacredness of pregnancy and the skills I learned in class were exactly what I needed during the delivery of my baby. As a yoga teacher myself, I look to Caitlin as a master prenatal teacher, she truly understands what the pregnant body needs and how to prepare for birth.
