Prenatal & Postnatal Flow is specially designed to support those preparing for or recovering from childbirth. This flow-style class aims to build the physical and mental stamina needed to endure childbirth through strengthening movements, strategic stretches, and breathwork. Physical and mental relaxation practices are integrated to help release the tension that builds from carrying and birthing a baby, as well as techniques targeted at restoring the body after childbirth.
It is not necessary to have practiced yoga before attending these classes. All prenatal, postnatal, and female identifying folks are welcome.
