Birthing Together Workshop
Located at Peacebank Yoga Studio in Redwood City. In this workshop, the focus is on the accompanying partner and how to emphasize their support and involvement in the birthing process. Together you will learn:
Labor comfort measures and supportive positions for any way you birth your child, whether that is unmedicated, with an epidural, or via cesarean section.
How to use a birth ball and peanut ball to naturally speed up the birthing process.
Massage techniques to stay connected throughout labor, relax and relieve tension, and encourage contractions.
Ways to support both partners in connecting to their new baby and each other during labor, birth and the fourth trimester.
Expect to be up and moving around with your partner for a hands-on, kinesthetic experience.
This workshop was created for and celebrates all partnerships, birth plans, abilities, and income levels. Please reach out directly to Caitlin if you have any questions, need accommodations, or require financial assistance.

Prenatal Yoga Teacher Tutorial
Designed for certified yoga and fitness instructors, this 3 hour tutorial will offer ways to adapt a traditional yoga class to a pregnant person. Registration includes a pass to Caitlin’s weekly pre & postnatal flow class that morning from 9:30-10:40am, followed by a short break with time for professional connecting and networking. We will use the rest of our time for a breakdown of posture modifications, hands-on adjustments, terms and language to use and avoid, and contraindications for pregnancy. This is a great teaser for those interested in working with the pregnant and postpartum community in the movement & wellness space!
$60 per person. Workshop will take place at Peacebank Yoga Studio in Downtown Redwood City. Please register via Recess on the Peacebank website under the Events & Workshops page. Please reach out if you require accommodations or financial assistance.
