Prenatal Education
Our workshops Birthing Together and Lactation Preparation for Couples are designed to help you and your partner or support person create your birth plan and postpartum plan. Prepare & connect during these fun and informative workshops in both group and one-on-one settings. Experience embodied education as you learn about birth and postpartum through a hands-on and kinesthetic approach.
Birth & Bodywork
Your package includes four birth & bodywork sessions with Caitlin at the Together Birth & Body office in Redwood City. Each session includes an 80 minute massage followed by a 20 minute perinatal visit. These sessions can be shared between partners and used during pregnancy or postpartum. These pre-scheduled visits will ensure you find a spot on Caitlin’s calendar when you need it most.
Postpartum Support
Settle into the fourth trimester with a three-hour home visit following the birth of your baby. In this visit you and your partner will receive lactation support and counseling, guidance through postpartum movement and self-massage, and the opportunity to share, record, and transcribe your birth story into a written document. This visit is available to clients who live in San Mateo County.
What’s included?
It all starts with Birthing Together. Your membership is valid from the time you reserve and purchase the Birthing Together group workshop that aligns with your baby’s estimated due date. We recommend taking this workshop in the early to mid third trimester.
Your purchase of this workshop makes you a Together Birth & Body doula member, granting you access to Caitlin’s calendar to book 60 and 80 minute massage therapy sessions at the Together Birth & Body office in Redwood City. Upgrade to a package for a comprehensive care plan with pre-scheduled massage therapy sessions and access to additional services.

Once you become a Together Birth & Body member or package holder, you have access to book birth & bodywork sessions with Caitlin. You will find that availability is still limited and it is advised to book far in advance. Package holders can reschedule their four sessions directly through Caitlin or via this link.

Your payment is due once we have scheduled all of your workshops and visits. The total amount of $2,000 can be paid via Zelle, cash, check, Venmo, or credit card. A Superbill will be provided as your receipt.

No, I do not offer in-home massage therapy services. Please consider reaching out to my colleague Ashley of Dawn’s Healing Hands for in-home massage therapy services.

I do not offer on-call labor and birth support, but you can reach out to me between 6am-8pm via text and email to submit a request for three hours of labor and birth support & massage ($480). I would love to be there if the timing aligns, but I cannot guarantee my availability. Please talk with Caitlin directly if this is something you might be interested in.

Up to you! You and your partner may book your massages during pregnancy and through your first year of parenthood. You are guaranteed the four massages included in your package, additional massages are subject to availability.
